Position Title: Microsoft Business Applications Developer

 

Location: Dublin

 

Job Information (incl. essential functions):

We are seeking an experienced MS Business Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimising enterprise-level CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power-Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps), Azure Functions, C#, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server. They will play a key role in integrating cloud-based solutions and automating data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

The successful candidate will join the Business Applications team and report into the Business Applications team lead.

 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Customise Dynamics CRM Solutions: Maintain customised solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps to meet business requirements.
  • Integration & Automation: Leverage Azure Data Factory to integrate cloud-based systems and automate data flows between enterprise application and Data warehouse.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for CRM systems, identifying, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including technical specifications, user manuals, and change logs.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Education:
    – Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    –     Minimum 8+ years of experience developing CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    – Proven expertise in Power Platform for building custom apps and automating business processes.
    – Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework for backend development.
    – Experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration and automation.– Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Technical Skills:
    – Customisation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (forms, entities, workflows, plugins, etc.).
    – Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
    – Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.
    – Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and continuous integration.
    – Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions is a plus.
    – Understanding of basic Data warehouse concepts.
    – Knowledge of Business Central would be advantageous but not necessary.

    – Adaptability: Comfortable working with evolving technologies and industry trends.
