HEAD OF LEGAL
Caroline Harte is our Head of Legal, she joined CDB in October 2019. In this role she manages, Transaction Legal, Corporate Legal and Contracts Management and Deliveries and oversees all legal, insurance and compliance related functions for the company. Prior to joining CDB Caroline was Vice President and Senior Legal counsel at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (“DAE”) and before DAE Vice President- Legal at AWAS. Previously, she was a solicitor for DLA Piper in their Banking and Asset Finance Group in London. Caroline is on to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales and Ireland.
