Shane Fraher is Senior Vice President, Legal – Department Lead at CDB Aviation. He leads the company’s legal function across transactional, corporate, insurance and contracts management matters, with responsibility for legal oversight of CDB Aviation’s global aircraft leasing, trading and financing activities. Shane has more than 15 years’ experience in aviation leasing and corporate finance, having held senior legal roles in the aviation leasing sector prior to joining CDB Aviation and previously practised in Corporate Finance at Arthur Cox, advising on financing and restructuring matters. Shane holds a BCL and LLM from University College Cork and is admitted to practise in Ireland and in England & Wales.
