May 2025 – CDB Aviation concluded its annual global offsite in Shenzhen, China, under the theme: “One Company, One Team,” bringing together staff members from across its international offices, including Dublin, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and the Americas.

The multi-day event aimed to align the team’s strategic priorities, reinforce their cultural cohesion, and advance their commitment to operational excellence, execution capability, and long-term profitability.

The offsite honed in on ways how we operate as a unified, high-performing organization and how we can better serve our customers and contribute to the broader global aviation ecosystem.
